Serisouly, who doesn't like Queen? What's not to like!

I think I'm going the other way with popular music Shotgun. There's never really be music I liked in the charts and such and suddenly of the more recent bands I listen to a lot are quite popular. For example Franz Ferdinand, The Killers and The Automatic have all made it into the charts over here. I alway feel very supprised and little dirty when I hear a song I like on the Radio ;)

Dirty? :?

Yeah, I know what you mean...it's like you paid your dues in an exclusive club, and now everyone is let in for free. It felt weird when the Newsboys had a hit, Pat Green went national, Rodney Carrington got a TV show, etc. Used to be able to see them in small venues and tiny clubs.

But, I get nostaligic for the old days. So I appriciate songs that were playing in the background when I was younger more so now than at the time.

Damn! I forgot Floyd! "Fat Old Sun", "One of these Days!" (good one to get stereo revenge with), and "Sheep"....woah, not to mention there more popular tunes.

King Crimson - "in the hall of the crimson king" - love it.

I love music :x
I'm gonna see The Blood Brothers tonight (hooray!)
and I saw Ed Gein, Phoenix Bodies, November Coming Fire, Cutting Pink with Knives and Chronicles of Adam West last week.
The week after next I'm seeing Converge at my local venue and then Meet Me in St. Louis with Rolo Tomassi two days later.

Hard to describe my music taste... ideally it's quite noisy, dischordant and in odd time signatures.
